Lorraine Tillman created FEFE Connect around a simple belief: capable professionals should be able to find one another with greater clarity, confidence, and care.
Her background in mental health and her understanding of the legal systems families often encounter gave her a clear view of the gap between the two professions. FEFE is her answer—a thoughtfully reviewed professional network designed to make collaboration easier without making promises it cannot keep.

Lorraine has more than 15 years of clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. Her work has included young adults, individuals, couples, and families navigating behavioral-health concerns, substance-use challenges, grief, relationship strain, life transitions, and periods of crisis.
She earned a Master of Social Work in Advanced Clinical Practice from Walden University, graduating magna cum laude, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Social Science at Mercer University and an Associate in Applied Science from Hudson Valley College in Albany, New York.
Her practice has emphasized an adaptable, person-centered approach: understand the situation, recognize the strengths already present, and choose a path that fits the person rather than forcing the person to fit a process. That same principle informs how FEFE is being built.
